The technology of headphones enhances our learning on the daily. So far we have used them for virtual labs that include video demonstrations, small group learning, and supporting students with language needs and accommodations. \r\n\r\nAbout a month ago a student told me he felt so much more focused on the classwork when he was able to listen to the video in his own space without any other distractions. He then proceeded to tell me about how he learned that rubber was an insulator and that's why it's around our charger cords so we don't get shocked. That information was something he learned in a video that was embedded into our headphones station activity for our electricity unit.
