While iReady helps reinforce skills, it had started to feel repetitive, and students were beginning to lose motivation. Your donation allowed us to introduce IXL, along with new headphones and notebooks, and the impact has been incredible.\r\n\r\nHow the Technology is Helping Students Learn:\r\nIXL is more interactive and personalized. It adjusts to each student's level, offering just the right amount of challenge to keep them engaged and growing. Unlike other platforms, students get immediate feedback and explanations, helping them truly understand concepts instead of just guessing.\r\n\r\nHeadphones have helped students focus more during digital lessons. With fewer distractions, students are more immersed in their learning.\r\n\r\nNotebooks are used to track their digital work and jot down notes, which helps reinforce lessons and build good study habits.\r\n\r\nWhat's Most Exciting for Our Students:\r\nThe most exciting part for our students is seeing their progress in real time. IXL celebrates their effort and improvement with virtual awards and certificates, which has really boosted their confidence. They feel proud of what they're learning—and they're eager to show it off!\r\n\r\nStandout Moments:\r\nWe've seen some students really thrive with this new approach. For example, Jazmine, who was often disengaged with iReady, now logs into IXL excitedly every day and sets personal goals. They have been able to keep focus and learn without feeling hungry at certain times during the day. The laminating machine has already sealed projects and certificates. My students are so grateful to walk into the classroom and know everything they need is readily available.\r\n\r\nMy student's favorite items were the chips, cookies, juices and laminating machine. These snacks were able to give my students the pick me up they needed when feeling hungry. By having the laminating machine we were able to laminate items used daily for reading and math to help with learning unfamiliar words and solving problems daily..\r\n\r\nThe laminating machine is still going strong, and I have yet to receive a crumble piece of homework.
