I've been able to use the materials I've received with all the students on my caseload. There is a range of developmental skills, interests, and literacy targets among this large group of students. The books and manipulatives have been engaging for the students while targeting their different goals areas such as responding to WH questions, retelling a story, and describing. The games have been motivating for students by making our therapy activities a little more fun and entertaining. The word building puzzles have provided visual support to bring attention to all sound in words, and kids love putting together the puzzles. The ice cream activity has been a hit. All students have enjoyed this activity which supports turn taking, requesting, peer interactions, describing, and commenting. Myself and the students have been excited to have some new activities to use in our therapy sessions.
