The distraction of normal headphones made learning websites an impossibility for my students. \r\n\r\nSince getting the wireless Bluetooth headphones project funded from the generosity of you donors, my students have grown so much academically. They have a better understanding of reading and math concepts and have even started accessing music making applications where before it would have been too loud and overstimulating for them. The students are always wanting an ice pack for any reason they think of and it instantly makes any boo-boo better! I had a lot of trouble through Amazon with ordering a carpet. We FINALLY got a rug for our classroom. The students are super excited - even the ones that come in for walk-tos. The carpet is beautiful and goes with our theme. Students have plenty of space on it to move around when needed. They also have space to sit cross-cross applesauce when needed to while learning. \r\nSo far, we have gotten to enjoy moving around with educational songs and making alphabet letters with our bodies. We have also got to enjoy listening to a story at the carpet and discussing the story and vocabulary there as well. We have only got to use it for one day but cannot wait to continue our learning at the carpet.
