The students were so excited when they first saw everything—some clapped, others asked right away if they could try the percussion table, and a few held up their new folders like they were trophies. It was such a joyful moment that really showed how much these resources mean to them.\r\n\r\nSince then, we've been putting everything to great use. The mobile white board has been a game-changer during rehearsals—I can move it around to different groups and write down rhythms or quick notes right where they're working. The percussion table has quickly become a favorite. Students love having a \"professional\" space to organize sticks and mallets, and it's made our rhythm activities and ensemble practice so much smoother. The reeds and folders may seem small, but they've made a huge difference in helping our woodwinds sound their best and keeping everyone organized.\r\n\r\nOne of my favorite moments so far was during a rhythm-reading activity, when students rotated between instruments using the percussion table. Their focus and excitement filled the room, and you could feel how proud they were to be making music in such an organized and supportive space.\r\n\r\nRight now, we're working hard to prepare for our upcoming concert. Thanks to your generosity, we're able to focus less on little challenges like lost music or broken reeds, and more on making music together. You've truly given my students the tools they need to succeed, and we are so grateful for your support!","fullyFundedDate":1750790415926,"projectUrl":"project/help-our-middle-school-musicians-shine/9226120/","projectTitle":"Help Our Middle School Musicians Shine!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Krolikowski","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-2_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/ms-krolikowski"},{"teacherId":9935290,"projectId":9141584,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous support of my classroom project! Your kindness has made a meaningful difference for my students, and I wanted to share just how impactful it has been.\r\n\r\nAs soon as the materials arrived, my students were buzzing with excitement. One student even said, \"Wait—this is all for us?\" They couldn't believe it! We've already put the supplies to great use in our hands-on STEM challenges, including our \"Stick to Success\" tower-building project. Students worked in teams to plan, build, and test their structures, learning about design, stability, and teamwork along the way.\r\n\r\nThese new resources have not only allowed us to keep the learning engaging but have also boosted student confidence. Having quality materials at their fingertips made them feel like real engineers.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we'll be using the remaining supplies for upcoming design challenges that focus on problem-solving and creativity. These projects are helping students stay motivated and curious right through the end of the school year.\r\n\r\nYour support gave my students the tools they needed—and showed them that people believe in their success.
