Students immediately saw how sealing and storing food safely could make our ingredients last longer and keep the kitchen running more efficiently. It has sparked real conversations about sustainability—why waste a bunch of fresh herbs or leftover produce when it can be sealed and saved for the next class? Watching them connect these lessons to real-life kitchen practices has been inspiring.\r\n\r\nThanks to your generosity, our classroom feels more like a professional kitchen than ever before.
