While I wait, I have reflected over the process and come to some conclusions.\r\n\r\nWorking through the National Board process and reflecting on it were very eye-opening. First, I realized several things I was doing naturally have more impact that I originally knew and need to be used more intentionally. Second, I figured out some areas that were weaker than I knew and was able to focus my attention on building skills in these areas. Most importantly, though, I realized that I am making more of a difference than I thought.\r\n\r\nI plan to use the realizations I made in order to keep improving my teaching in order to reach students more effectively.
