My students have been using the equipment this fall semester and it has been great. It is open and being used from 8am straight through until 6pm each day. With this continual activity the equipment I have is heavily used and often needs to be replenished. My AP Spanish students were the first to test some of them out. Their first picks were Mexico-opoly and a Coco Version of Loteria. This was helpful so that they are comfortable interacting and collaborating with their classmates as they will in life later. \r\n\r\nI'm looking forward to our next chance in class to play some games and practice the Spanish that they've learned in (and out) of class. The students love everything from this project and have been engaging with them almost daily. \r\n\r\nBefore winter break, students in all of my classes were able to chose a sticker for their notebook, workbook, or reusable water bottle. They were excited as they were called up row by row to choose a sticker that they connected with. They were exchanging and excitedly talking with classmates as to which one or ones they should select. \r\n\r\nThe plushies I thought would be a fun classroom addition, but I was surprised that a particular class uses them almost daily. When they walk in to the classroom, they will go to the back and select their plushie for the day.
