It's made our learning environment more vibrant and engaging. \r\nHow did the students react when they saw the materials? \r\nTheir jaws literally dropped they were so excited! it was heartwarming to see their faces light up. The new resources have sparked a lot of joy and curiosity. \r\nWhen are the next steps for your students on the current classroom lesson or project? \r\nNext, we're building on their excitement by incorporating these materials into our current unit on shapes and textures. For example, we'll use the play dough and clay for hands-on shape formation and pattern-making. These tools help deepen their understanding through play-based learning. We're also planning a small group art project where students can use the materials to create their own texture art pieces, which will tie into both creative expression and fine motor development","fullyFundedDate":1743012931994,"projectUrl":"project/amazing-end-of-school-year/9073225/","projectTitle":"Amazing End of School Year","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. MaKayla","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-1_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9903740"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_111627","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":null,"numTeachers":null,"percentFrplEligible":35,"percentAsian":3,"percentBlack":5,"percentWhite":87,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":1,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"US Census Data for the surrounding geographic area","gradesServed":"Not specified","studentTeacherRatio":null,"demographicsDataSource":"Census ZCTA","equityFocus":false,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"UNCLASSIFIED","ncesMetroType":null},"inStateSupporters":85.7,"schoolId":111627,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about SENDCAA Head Start on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"SENDCAA Head Start","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/north-dakota/office-of-head-start/central-head-start/111627"}
