The tools you've\r\nprovided allow students to touch, see, and hear the patterns of our language̶making the\r\n\"science of reading\" come alive every day.\r\n\r\nAlready, I've seen my reluctant readers transform into eager learners. With your generous support, I was able to implement a seating strategy that has positively influenced my students' learning environment and overall classroom experience.\r\n\r\nThe addition of wobble stools, chair leg bands, and inflatable seats has brought significant improvements to my classroom dynamics. These flexible seating options have allowed my students to find a comfortable position that suits their individual needs, which has led to increased focus and engagement throughout the day. The wobble stools, in particular, have been a hit, as they provide an outlet for students who need to move while working. This has been especially beneficial for students with attention challenges, as it helps them stay engaged without being disruptive to others.\r\n\r\nThe chair leg bands and inflatable seats have also had a noticeable impact. The leg bands allow students to discreetly release extra energy by fidgeting, helping them stay focused without disturbing the class. Meanwhile, the inflatable seats provide an alternative for students who prefer a more relaxed seating arrangement, allowing them to adapt to the task at hand—whether it's group work, independent study, or reading time.\r\n\r\nThe flexibility these seating options provide has not only fostered a more inclusive learning environment but has also contributed to a noticeable increase in student productivity and comfort. Students are now more willing to participate in discussions and collaborate with their peers, as they feel more at ease in their seating choices. This has also improved overall classroom behavior, as students are better able to self-regulate their energy and remain attentive.\r\n\r\nI am truly grateful for the opportunity to implement this project in my classroom. The materials have had a direct and meaningful impact on my students' learning experience, and it has been rewarding to see them thrive in a more flexible, personalized environment. Thank you for your generosity in supporting this initiative—it has made a significant difference in my classroom, and I am excited to continue using these resources to further enhance my students' educational journey.","fullyFundedDate":1737334119529,"projectUrl":"project/flexible-seating/8999601/","projectTitle":"Flexible Seating","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Johnson","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-3_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9781604"},{"teacherId":709823,"projectId":8932847,"letterContent":"It is impossible to describe to you what a student looks like when they find out that I have what is needed, that it will be freely given because they are important, and that how they feel matters to me. What I can tell you is that hundreds of times, my students developed just a little more faith in me as I handed them food, supplies, or hygiene products. When they have more faith in me, they are more likely to believe what I say. As this grows, they are more likely to try the academic task I reassure them is doable. With each task completed, their confidence and skills grow and their self worth grows. YOU make this possible and I am humbly grateful.","fullyFundedDate":1735424532135,"projectUrl":"project/little-ways-to-show-big-love/8932847/","projectTitle":"Little Ways to Show BIG Love","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Laughlin","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-2_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/709823"},{"teacherId":709823,"projectId":8858505,"letterContent":"Thank you very much for your help in showing these students what they are capable of. My students are incredibly encouraged by this positive support.
