They come in handy for them to write down reminders about who is negative and who is positive, protons or electrons. When they are solving isotope problems, they show their work on their amazing dry erase boards! \r\n\r\nThe dry erase boards are so much fun for assessing my students and their content retention. I can ask my students to solve an oxidation number practice problem and after 5 minutes I tell them to hold up their boards. Instead of making a student call out what could possibly be the wrong answer, they show the board. :) A safe space made in heaven or what we like to call...The Board Room! Passing out the snacks instantly lifted the mood—suddenly, they were re-engaged, sharing strategies, and participating in discussions with excitement!\r\n\r\nHow did your students react when they first saw the materials?\r\nTheir faces lit up with surprise and gratitude! Many of them couldn't believe they had access to snacks every day. Several students even said, \"Now I can actually think after lunch!\" It was a small gesture that made a big difference in their confidence and focus.\r\n\r\nWhat are the next steps for your students on a current classroom lesson or project?\r\nWe're continuing to work on challenging lessons that require stamina and concentration.
