It means SO much to me! Our district has provided some incredible coding bots for our students to enjoy. Some of the bots, I personally feel, are a little too advanced for our younger students. To be honest, I get really anxious entrusting our Kindergartners and 1st graders with some of the bots we receive, in rotation. I thought of a solution to that. I would apply for funding to have basic coding bots for them to learn on first. I found these coding bots on Amazon and thought they would be the perfect solution. I WAS RIGHT! Our little students have done really well with them. The puzzle pieces are easy to change up, for coding, and the little bots are adorable and work really well to show our littles how they did with their coding. I chose 2 different types of bots so we switch in the middle of class. They work with partners, which has been good. The other bonus is they can flip the puzzle pieces over and the code is just in black and white. I love that these are part of our STEM library now.
