Planning is taking place for each student in individual parent-student meetings. Many students are exploring apprenticeships and trade schools as potential career pathways for their future. A student who typically struggles with focus was able to sit on a high-top table and use a fidget band under the table. For the first time this year, they remained engaged throughout the entire session—and even volunteered to read aloud! It may seem small, but for that student, it was a breakthrough.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, the excitement was contagious. Students were eager to explore the new seating choices, touch the sensory tools, and dive into the whiteboards and markers, as well as activities that felt made just for them. One student with sensory processing challenges whispered, \"This helps me feel safe.\"\r\n\r\nBecause of you, our classroom feels more like a community.
