In our Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) classroom, laminating sheets, glue sticks, and disinfectant wipes are not just supplies—they are essential tools that support our students' learning every day.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials arrived, I was excited to put them to use right away. In our classroom, we rely heavily on visual supports, adapted books, communication materials, schedules, task cards, and independent work activities. Because these resources are used frequently by little hands, laminating sheets are critical for making them durable and reusable. We go through a large number of laminating sheets throughout the year, and having this supply on hand allows me to continuously create and update materials that meet my students' individual needs.\r\n\r\nThe glue sticks are used daily for hands-on learning activities that help build fine motor skills and reinforce academic concepts. Our students love participating in interactive projects, and having enough supplies ensures everyone can fully engage.\r\n\r\nThe disinfectant wipes are equally important in an ECSE classroom. With shared materials, sensory activities, and young learners exploring their environment, we use wipes constantly to help maintain a clean and healthy space for everyone.","fullyFundedDate":1761362658908,"projectUrl":"project/ecse-essentials/9843396/","projectTitle":"Ecse Essentials","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Snider","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp6328194_orig.jpg?crop=1650,1650,x941,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1552436138377","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/6328194"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_9725","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":598,"numTeachers":42,"percentFrplEligible":42,"percentAsian":1,"percentBlack":6,"percentWhite":33,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":53,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","percentHawaiianImputed":0,"percentMultiracialImputed":4,"gradesServed":"Pre-K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"14.2:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"RURAL","ncesMetroType":"RURAL_FRINGE"},"inStateSupporters":71.1,"schoolId":9725,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Buda Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Buda Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/texas/hays-consolidated-independent-school-district/buda-elementary-school/9725"}
