With the increased use of digital platforms, online lessons, and individualized learning programs, headphones have become an essential learning tool. They allow students to work at their own pace without being distracted by surrounding noise, and they help create a more personalized learning experience. Whether students are listening to reading passages, engaging in interactive math lessons, or using language learning programs, the ability to clearly hear and concentrate has greatly improved their academic performance and confidence.\r\n\r\nWhat excites our students most about using headphones is the sense of independence they gain. Many students feel empowered when they can navigate lessons on their own, repeat parts they didn't understand, or explore enrichment activities that interest them. We've seen a noticeable difference in students who previously struggled with attention or noise sensitivity—they're now more focused and engaged. One student, in particular, who has difficulty with reading comprehension, now uses audio tools daily with her headphones and has made incredible progress. Her enthusiasm for learning has grown, and she looks forward to using the technology every day. Thanks to the support from our donors, these headphones are helping to create a more inclusive and effective learning environment for all of our students.","fullyFundedDate":1750292172559,"projectUrl":"project/hearing-is-learning/9350635/","projectTitle":"Hearing is Learning!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. McGinty","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-5_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10033968"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_12308","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":123,"numTeachers":16,"percentFrplEligible":66,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":0,"percentWhite":56,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":42,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"3 - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"7.7:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"RURAL","ncesMetroType":"RURAL_DISTANT"},"inStateSupporters":88.9,"schoolId":12308,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Bruceville - Eddy Intermediate School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Bruceville - Eddy Intermediate School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/texas/bruceville-eddy-independent-school-district/bruceville-eddy-interm-school/12308"}
