Because of your kindness, our students are enjoying an engaging and comfortable learning environment that truly makes a difference each day.\r\n\r\nIn our classroom, we rotate the flexible seating options weekly. This gives every student the chance to experience different types of seating and decide which works best for them. Students also have the freedom to change their seating throughout the day, depending on the activity or how they're feeling. This has helped them not only stay more focused but also discover new ways to collaborate.\r\n\r\nOne of the most exciting outcomes has been the way flexible seating encourages students to work with classmates they might not normally sit beside. The variety of seating choices sparks curiosity and builds community, giving students opportunities to make new connections and grow socially as well as academically.\r\n\r\nThe seating has also had a positive impact on engagement. Students are more relaxed and eager to participate when they are comfortable. Whether it's standing, gently bouncing, or wiggling in a seat designed for movement, the flexible seating gives them healthy ways to get out extra energy—so learning feels both fun and productive.\r\n\r\nYour support has created a classroom where students are excited to learn, collaborate, and thrive. On behalf of my students and myself, thank you for making this possible.","fullyFundedDate":1746785889339,"projectUrl":"project/flexible-seating-to-promote-higher-learn/9287898/","projectTitle":"Flexible Seating to Promote Higher Learning","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Ferrese","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9987540_orig.jpg?crop=360,360,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1745899811795","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9987540"},{"teacherId":2011872,"projectId":9134542,"letterContent":"I want to personally thank you for this project.
