We immediately put them to use during a collaborative STEM project where small groups worked together to design and build \"dream houses.\" Some students focused on creating sturdy structures, while others experimented with adding details and patterns, showing how each learner could contribute in their own way. The binders and glue sticks have also been essential for keeping interactive notebooks organized, which helps students take more ownership of their learning.\r\n\r\n One of my favorite moments was watching a student who typically hesitates to engage jump right in to help his group stabilize their magna tile walls. The hands-on nature of the resources gave him a chance to shine, and his confidence grew in a way I hadn't seen before.\r\n\r\n As we continue, the next step for my students is applying these materials to a math unit on geometry, where they'll use the tiles to explore shapes, angles, and symmetry. These resources have truly made our classroom a more supportive and inclusive environment, and I'm so grateful for the difference they're making every day.","fullyFundedDate":1750773689352,"projectUrl":"project/switching-to-sped/9360113/","projectTitle":"Switching to SPED","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Goins","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10036977_orig.jpg?crop=1393,1393,x0,y171&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1747331427679","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10036977"},{"teacherId":9642072,"projectId":9222633,"letterContent":"I am truly grateful for the addition of flexible seating in my classroom. These seating options have empowered my students by giving them autonomy over where and how they work, which in turn has motivated them to focus on their independent tasks and make thoughtful choices throughout the day. The excitement on their faces when they discovered the variety of seating available was priceless.\r\n\r\nThe rocking chairs have been especially helpful for my fidgety learners, providing them with a calming outlet that allows them to stay engaged in their work. The floor seat has offered excellent support for those who prefer to sit closer to the ground, creating a comfortable and inviting space for learning. Having multiple seating choices has not only met different needs but also fostered a sense of ownership and responsibility in my students.\r\n\r\nThank you for making this possible—your generosity has directly impacted the atmosphere of our classroom and the success of my students.","fullyFundedDate":1746785775243,"projectUrl":"project/flexible-seating-for-2nd/9222633/","projectTitle":"Flexible Seating for 2nd","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Sharma","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9642072_orig.png?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1723225473085","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9642072"},{"teacherId":9642072,"projectId":9076748,"letterContent":"My entire class was so grateful to have received extra headphones.
