Many students who previously struggled to sit still at traditional desks can now choose seating that allows gentle movement or a more relaxed posture, helping them stay focused during lessons. This has reduced off-task behavior and allowed students to spend more time actively learning.\r\n\r\nFlexible seating has also strengthened collaboration and small-group learning. The seating options make it easy to transition into partner work, reading groups, and collaborative discussions. Students naturally gather in shared spaces, fostering communication, teamwork, and a stronger classroom community.\r\n\r\nMost importantly, flexible seating has helped students feel safe, valued, and respected. Allowing them to make responsible choices about their learning environment builds independence and confidence.
