These vibrant, long-lasting paints have already transformed the way my students approach their creative work.\r\n\r\nAs a painter myself, I've always loved sharing the joy and versatility of painting with my students. Before your donations, our small watercolor sets would quickly run out, and acrylics—while wonderful for teaching color theory—often created challenges during cleanup time. The new tempera cakes have solved both of these issues! The refillable pucks are easy to manage, the colors are rich and blend beautifully, and the clever storage stand has brought a new level of organization to our studio.\r\n\r\nStudents now have easy access to the paints and are taking more ownership of their art-making process. I've seen so many moments of excitement as they experiment with layering, color mixing, and new techniques. Our Life Skills students, in particular, have benefited from the accessibility and independence these sets provide—they can now confidently participate alongside their peers with minimal assistance.\r\n\r\nYour contribution has not only provided supplies but has also inspired creativity, collaboration, and confidence in every student who walks into our classroom. My hope is that they will learn to seek out different tools to impact their art. \r\n\r\nMy students are creating designs from koi fish to vintage cathode-ray style tvs. The addition of the saws to our classroom has increased the engagement, as well as the energy level. They used many materials for this. They drew maps, made flags, made trade agreements with other countries, and it is still ongoing. \r\nWith all of this going on, the students are actively learning and it is showing by how well they are doing with this difficult subject!
