The class took on European Christmas baking projects. they learned about the culture and traditions of their chosen country and then baked a traditional dessert, mostly cookies from their chosen European country. We had sweets from Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, France, Italy, Germany, Czechia Ukraine and Croatia! So exciting. It was an incredible learning opportunity. \r\n\r\nWhat a treat that more than one group could cream their butter and sugar simultaneously! Having more than one mixer is a game changer.
