As a kindergarten through third-grade special education classroom, we have to differentiate all of our lessons to meet each student at their level. These materials helped us to create differentiated lessons that not only do this they are also able to be laminated and reused. Studies have found that repetition is important for building understanding and learning a new skill. \r\nHaving differentiated materials also helps us create independent work stations. We are able to assign tasks to students to work on independently that they are already familiar with. This helps build confidence and grows their ability to complete tasks without direct adult support. \r\nThe goal for our classroom is to help students learn, grow, and succeed not only with their education but with their lives. To most, these materials look like typical office supplies, but to our classroom, they look like a world of opportunities.
