Here are just a few of the ways I was able to use these donations in my classroom. \r\n\r\nI was able to use the label maker and paper to create a more easily identifiable area for students to turn in work. I was able to make a sign with the paper and label maker to label where to turn in work and where the extra papers are.\r\n\r\nDuring our review before a test I go through the study guide and ask students to give me answers to the questions. I was able to use the starburst as rewards so every time a student answered a question correctly they got a starburst. I was also able to use the stickers as large rewards when we did other review games as a whole class. \r\n\r\nI greatly appreciate the donations to this project and I know my students do as well. They are able to use these resources to be creative and, as they say, not just do the same worksheets or notes in class. I know the students are so appreciative that they get a chance to use these resources. I cannot tell you how much easier it has made my life as a teacher now that I can supply my students with all of these items as well as keep their work more organized. Your donation has made an absolute explosion of fiber arts in our classroom possible. One student after another has jumped into needle felting and become hooked on the medium, making one project after another. \r\n\r\nMy art class is self-directed, meaning students plan what they'd like to create and I help support their ideas. The fiber arts materials you donated have given them so many ideas! They've made animals, ornaments, imaginary creatures, and characters they love. \r\n\r\nArtists' needle felt by repeatedly pushing a small barbed needle into wool, which compacts and shapes it. So many of my students have loved the rhythmic repetition of felting, which feels peaceful, almost meditative.
