We received an incredible selection of books—many from series that our students have fallen in love with. Because of this, students are reading more than ever and have already begun requesting additional titles to continue the series. Their enthusiasm for reading has grown in ways that are both meaningful and motivating.\r\n\r\nIn addition to the books, we also received classroom décor filled with Social Studies information. These decorations have transformed our learning space into a visually rich and interactive environment. With the resources you helped us secure, our classroom now has the tools to address learning gaps and give every student the chance to move forward with confidence.\r\n\r\nThe supplies you funded are already making a difference: students are more engaged, their confidence is growing, and lessons are more interactive and effective. I've watched students who once hesitated to participate now step forward to solve problems, collaborate with peers, and explore new skills.\r\n\r\nYour gift doesn't just provide materials — it communicates belief in my students' potential. You've shown them that their learning matters and that there are people beyond our school walls rooting for them. That kind of encouragement has an impact far beyond academics.\r\n\r\nFrom my heart and on behalf of my students — thank you for helping us fill the gaps and open new doors for learning. Thanks to you, my 5th grade students at Anderson Elementary in Sand Springs, Oklahoma now have new flexible seating options that are already making a big difference in how we learn and interact each day.\r\n\r\nThe excitement started the moment the boxes were delivered. Students were buzzing with curiosity and couldn't wait to get started. They took the lead in assembling the rolling chairs themselves — carefully reading directions, organizing parts, and working together as a team. It was incredible to watch them collaborate so naturally, showing patience, problem-solving skills, and pride in what they were building for their classroom. It turned out to be an unexpected but powerful lesson in teamwork and responsibility.\r\n\r\nThe addition of rolling office chairs in our math/science classroom has transformed the way students collaborate during hands-on investigations. They can move freely between stations, work in teams with ease, and stay more focused during activities that require concentration and creativity. Our new bar stools at the high-top table have quickly become a favorite spot — students love having a choice in where and how they work, and it's helped foster a sense of independence and motivation.\r\n\r\nOne student shared, \"It's easier to think when I'm comfortable,\" and I've noticed how the ability to choose their seating has boosted confidence and participation for many. The classroom feels more dynamic, more student-centered, and more exciting — exactly the kind of environment I've always hoped to create.\r\n\r\nWith 30 students in my Math and Science classes, these seating upgrades will benefit not just this year's learners, but many more in years to come. Your support has helped make our classroom a place where movement, collaboration, and engagement are woven into everything we do.\r\n\r\nThank you again for believing in public schools and helping us build a better learning space.","fullyFundedDate":1744032804523,"projectUrl":"project/sit-think-explore-upgrading-our-class/9191235/","projectTitle":"Sit, Think, Explore: Upgrading Our Classroom Seating","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Shari Beatty","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-8_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/beatty5"},{"teacherId":8072534,"projectId":9085631,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous support of our classroom project! Because of your kindness, my 5th grade students at Anderson Elementary in Sand Springs, Oklahoma now have access to 3D pen that are sparking creativity, teamwork, and hands-on learning in ways we never imagined.\r\n\r\nWhile many people are familiar with technology for work or entertainment, these 3D pens are helping students create and build as part of their learning. In Math and Science, the possibilities are endless; reinforce geometry concepts, design plant and animal cells, and explore engineering ideas — and this is just the beginning.\r\n\r\nOne of the most exciting moments so far has come from a group of students who decided to work together to create an entire 3D town. They designed houses, buildings, cars, streets, a landfill, and even a lake for fishing! It started with one student building a small house, and quickly grew into a full-scale, collaborative project where each student took ownership of different pieces. The pride they feel in their creations — and the way they problem-solved to fit their models together — has been nothing short of inspiring.\r\n\r\nWhat excites our students most is the chance to bring their ideas to life. The moment they realized they could draw upward and build in 3D, their eyes lit up. It's transformed our classroom into a space where imagination meets problem-solving. One student, who typically finds it hard to stay focused, has truly found their niche with the pens. They're now leading others, asking thoughtful questions, and beaming with confidence.\r\n\r\nWe currently have 30 students, but these pens will be used year after year, reaching dozens more who will benefit from this gift. Your support isn't just for one class — it's an investment in creativity, exploration, and learning for years to come.\r\n\r\nThank you for believing in public education and for helping make our classroom such a special place to learn.","fullyFundedDate":1739383917348,"projectUrl":"project/bringing-ideas-to-life-3d-pens-for-crea/9085631/","projectTitle":"Bringing Ideas to Life: 3D Pens for Creative Learning","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Shari Beatty","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-8_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/beatty5"},{"teacherId":8073131,"projectId":9234156,"letterContent":"As soon as we received the books, my students were bursting with excitement and joy!
