They immediately started helping to unpack and build the bookshelves. They have also organized their AVID binders, class novels, and resource books. \r\n\r\nWe're currently using the shelves to support our independent reading program and AVID organization system. Each shelf now has labeled sections for student binders, resource guides, and a growing collection of novels that encourage our students to read more. Having everything accessible and neatly displayed has created a more inviting and productive learning space.\r\n\r\nNext, our students are working on a book recommendation project where they'll create personalized \"shelf talkers\" — little cards that share why they loved a certain book and who they'd recommend it to. The goal is to build a strong reading culture and sense of community around our new classroom library space.\r\n\r\nThank you again for making this possible! In the past few weeks my class has been able to use the iPad in various ways. For example, students who need a device to listen to audiobooks have been able to use the ipad to explore different books. Also, students have been able to use Goodnotes to create creative projects. Lastly, students have also been able to use my iPad if for any reason, they are not prepared with their personal devices.\r\n\r\nAs for me, I have also taken advantage of the additional tech support. I've created numerous presentations that I am able to display in the classroom. I have also been able to move around the classroom with more ease, since the ipad is more compact than a laptop. Lastly, I have also used Goodnotes to create colorful posters for my students.\r\n\r\nOnce again, thank you for the support.
