Hunger can be a real barrier to learning, and your support has helped remove that obstacle. Now, when students start to feel distracted or low on energy, they can grab a quick snack and return to their work feeling refreshed and ready to learn. It has made a noticeable difference in our classroom environment students are more focused, engaged, and ready to participate.\r\nWhen the snacks first arrived, the students were incredibly excited and grateful. For some, it was a simple moment of relief knowing that if they felt hungry, there was something available for them. One afternoon during a reading activity, a student who had been struggling to concentrate grabbed a snack and came back ready to finish the assignment with a smile. Moments like that remind me how powerful small acts of kindness can be in supporting student success.\r\nBecause of your kindness, we can continue building a classroom where students feel cared for and supported. With one less worry on their minds, students can focus more on learning, collaborating, and growing. Thank you for helping create an environment where our students can truly have full stomachs and focused minds.","fullyFundedDate":1769177520942,"projectUrl":"project/full-stomachs-focused-minds-classroom/10040413/","projectTitle":"Full Stomachs, Focused Minds: Classroom Snacks for Students in Need","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Lascoli","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9720740_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1726427667688","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9720740"},{"teacherId":4975915,"projectId":9159376,"letterContent":"The donation of fridgets has been a valuable addition to our CTC school. The fridgets provide students with a constructive way to release nervous energy, reduce stress, and improve their concentration without causing disruptions.\r\n\r\nIn particular, students who struggle with attention, anxiety, or sensory regulation have found these tools especially helpful. Teachers have noticed an increase in on-task behavior and engagement, as students are able to self-regulate more effectively.
