These materials make it easier for students to stay engaged, express themselves, and strengthen their fine motor skills. The new dry erase dots for our tables have been a huge hit, turning our workspace into a collaborative and reusable surface for learning.\r\n\r\nOne of the most impactful additions has been the sensory tools—including fidget boxes, liquid motion timers and calming tubes. These items have been especially meaningful for our students with autism and behavioral challenges, helping them regulate emotions, remain focused, and feel calm and safe in our classroom. Their smiles and increased participation speak volumes.\r\n\r\nThanks to the new laminator, Velcro dots, and label printer (with label refills!), we've also been able to create custom visual supports, labels, and reusable learning tools that make our classroom more accessible and structured. The purple and pink desk organizers have added so much function and personality to our workspace, helping both myself and my assistant stay efficient and prepared every day.\r\n\r\nYour donations didn't just provide materials—they brought joy, comfort, and opportunities for growth that our students wouldn't have had otherwise. We are deeply grateful for your kindness and belief in the power of education.","fullyFundedDate":1738115081473,"projectUrl":"project/classroom-12s-blessing/9080683/","projectTitle":"Classroom 12's Blessing","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Yasmine","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9908036_orig.jpg?crop=3019,3019,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1737819514370","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9908036"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_133701","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":null,"numTeachers":null,"percentFrplEligible":95,"percentAsian":6,"percentBlack":34,"percentWhite":31,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":23,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"US Census Data for the surrounding geographic area","gradesServed":"Not specified","studentTeacherRatio":null,"demographicsDataSource":"Census ZCTA","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"UNCLASSIFIED","ncesMetroType":null},"inStateSupporters":86.2,"schoolId":133701,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Acelero Learning - Jefferson Center Head Start on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Acelero Learning - Jefferson Center Head Start","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/pennsylvania/office-of-head-start/acelero-learning-jefferson-center-head-start/133701"}
