Our three- and four-year-olds in the LLD preschool classroom lit up the moment they saw them. The blocks brought so much excitement and creativity into our room.\r\nAll week long, the children were busy little builders. They worked together to make tall structures, laughed when their towers wobbled, and cheered when they stayed standing. The blocks helped them practice sharing, problem-solving, and using their strong builder hands. It was so much fun watching their ideas grow bigger and braver with every build.\r\nWe are so grateful for your generosity and for giving our classroom something that sparks so much joy. The children practiced fine-motor skills by tearing and sticking tape during art projects, made tape paths on the floor to follow during movement activities, and used tape to build structures during our block center time. Your support has made a lasting and positive impact on our students, and we are excited to share just how much of a difference your contribution has made.\r\n\r\nThanks to your donation, our students now enjoy a more vibrant and engaging outdoor recess with the new set of balls, chalk, and skip-hop toys. The outdoor balls have brought an added element of fun and teamwork, as students come together to play games and challenge each other in friendly competition. The chalk has sparked creative expression as children draw their favorite scenes, games, and even hopscotch courts, bringing an artistic touch to their playtime. The skip-hop toys have provided hours of active fun, encouraging children to jump, hop, and develop important physical coordination skills. These materials have truly transformed recess into a time of both creative play and physical activity, all thanks to your generosity.\r\n\r\nInside, your donation of new games and drawing materials has had an equally profound effect. The Tic-Tac-Toe, Maze Ball, and Connect Four games have been a hit, fostering critical thinking and strategic skills as children challenge one another to games that are both fun and educational. These games have created moments of connection and teamwork, as students collaborate, compete, and grow in a supportive environment. The addition of drawing materials has sparked even more creativity, allowing students to express themselves in new ways, whether it's through doodling, designing, or simply relaxing and creating.\r\n\r\nWe are incredibly grateful for your thoughtful donation, which has not only enhanced our students' playtime but also contributed to their overall well-being and development. Your kindness has truly made a difference in their lives, and we are excited to see how these new resources continue to inspire joy and learning in the months to come.\r\n\r\nThank you once again for your generosity and support. We learned this is many ways, some of which are attached through pictures, and we all became better humans as a result of this type of learning experience. My seven year old students, began to internalize what compassion means, even identifying and pointing out acts of compassion that they witness in the interactions of adults and students in our classroom.\r\n My students were able to partake in a yoga class right before the winter break, using their bolsters on their mats and they were so excited. Your donation has created a positive circle of love and compassion.
