My Project
Help me support my students by providing them a "Zen Den" to cool off. This space will be filled with sensory and calming tools and will hopefully serve as a retreat from the daily pressures of being a student.
Items such as the Buddha Board, Breathing Ball, and Breathing Cards will help my students learn to manage their emotions and self-regulate when feeling upset.
The goal of the Zen Den is to provide students an opportunity to take a brief pause and reset so they can return to class focused and ready to learn.
