My Project
My students are energetic, curious learners who thrive on routine and structure. They love coming to school each day ready to explore new ideas and take on challenges. Many of them come from diverse backgrounds and face daily obstacles outside the classroom, but they always bring their best selves to school.
Creating an environment that is well-organized and predictable helps them feel safe and focused so they can do their best learning.
This project will provide a classroom mail sorter that gives each student a personal slot for their daily papers and important communication.
With a mail sorter, students will have an assigned slot where they can find their graded work, newsletters, permission slips, and any other important papers. This not only supports their independence and responsibility but also ensures that parents stay connected through their child’s take-home folder.
Having an organized system like this teaches valuable life skills and helps students take ownership of their materials.
