My Students

My third graders walk into their class everyday excited and ready to learn. They are precocious and have an internal joy for reading. They enjoy various genres of literature, but mostly they are inspired by imaginative authors who write fantasy novels.

Our students have incredible talents, and wild creative imaginations.

Our Elementary school serves grades K-5. The students who attend our school enjoy academics, all forms of art, and the love of life. We are a unique community-loving school.

My Project

My third grade class will be doing a literature study on the first book of the famous J.K. Rowling's series, Harry Potter. In class, we will use the illustrated version of the text. Jim Kay is the illustrator of the first book, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.

We do not have enough books for a class literature study yet.

I only have one book that is illustrated. I am hoping to have a class set of the illustrated book, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. We hope to begin our literature study in the fourth quarter. Thank you.
