My Project

The students that I serve are below grade level and make a goal to perform at or above grade-level. These students engage in daily activities to improve their literacy skills.

Once a week, students choose a snack for demonstrating positive behavior that model the school-wide PBIS standards.

At the end of the quarter, students choose a treat from the treasure box for demonstrating growth by achieving the goal they set at the beginning of the quarter.

Every year, my students return to their homeroom classrooms exhibiting leadership skills and continued growth throughout the year and finish the school year performing at and above grade-level.
