The students I teach are so excited to experience the process of making and creating art that they hardly notice they are becoming artists themselves. They are excited to learn new skills and experience materials that are new to them.

My Project

Please help provide my students with a Cricut stencil maker so that we can extend our printing and contemporary art capabilities. So many of today's artists use stencils to help create multi-layered graphic messages that are inspiring and thought-provoking.

My students have so much to say about the world that they live in, and they need an art form to express those ideas.

The Cricut stencil cutter will help them take their designs and cut stencils so that they can create multi- layered artwork based on their thoughts, feelings, and ideas just like the contemporary artists they study such as Shepard Fairey and Banksy.
