This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Kindergarteners enjoy learning new things everyday. They like being rewarded when they try their best, show helpfulness and good manners, and reach their individual goals.

The best motivation for my Kindergarteners is to give them a choice of fun and interesting prizes to work towards on a daily basis.

With little ones, a small incentive can go a long way when they put in so much effort into such rigorous daily lessons. In the end, their efforts pay off, not only by earning a prize, but in the progress that they make.
