it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My project is packed with positivity and that's just what my students need. This year was the first year that I had a plethora of smelly pencils and erasers on deck and ready to give out. Boy did they make the difference.
The smelly pencils stickers really motivated my kiddos to try harder and be the first one finished or the first one to get the word written down correctly.
It put a smile on my face to be able to give the kids something that they like and wanted to work harder to earn. It was even better that I always had something for them to look forward to. If they weren't the first to finish it was ok because they knew if they did their best they would still get a surprise smelly sticker.
