You Can't Help But Want to Play!

Help me give my students the materials my students need to engage in social play with peers since my students require highly motivating items, especially the wooden blocks, with help foster cooperative play in the classroom.

My Project

Many of our young students have spent a great deal of time at home due to COVID-19 and their medical conditions. Many have no siblings at home to play with either. This means that my students have little knowledge on how to play with another child.

We need highly motivating materials that students are eager to play with so that they will be willing to play with another student just to get to the toys.

Without this motivation, my students would be content to interact only with the adult teachers and therapist here at school.

Please help me to insure my students learn the social skills necessary to progress not only in school but in life - cooperation, social communication, and sharing!
