My Project
My students continually strive to do their best, however they often find themselves frustrated by the time they get to third grade, because they lack the foundational math skills they need to perform even basic algebraic operations.
Foundational math skill centers are the goal with the variety of games, flashcards and manipulatives in this project.
Students will then be able to fill in math gaps and apply them to higher third grade problem solving. No more counting on our fingers! Concrete learning is critical to student mastery.
