Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A kindergartener learns through play and exploration and one of their favorite centers is the dramatic play area. In this area, students can become chefs, baristas, vets, engineers and anything else they dare to dream of!

Children's imaginations are limitless & play a key role in their creativity.

With this center, students learn to play together, solve problems and come up with creative ideas in this center. The dramatic play center allows students to expand their social skills and create a variety of learning experiences.

This project would give students an opportunity to have a different monthly theme to transform their play in specific themes that we are learning about in core content. They can experience real world occupations while using their imagination and creativity. They can run a coffee shop, be a baker, shop at the local farmer's market, take care of animals as a vet, and build & engineer projects as a project manager.
