My students need bell sets to have a personal experience with mallet instruments in the Music classroom!

My Students

I teach over 500 students in a rural community of central Florida. We dance, play instruments, sing funny songs, and have a blast. My students are so caring and kind. I can't wait to see them every day! Their favorite thing to do in my room is play "Freeze Dance" to MC Hammer! We perform concerts for the community, and celebrate classroom successes and each other. These students go out of their way to help the students that need it and the teachers that appreciate it.

My Project

The students at my school can't get enough of playing mallet instruments. Unfortunately, there aren't enough Orff instruments for each of the students to play. Orff instruments, such as xylophones, marimbas, and metalophones are quite expensive. I would love to be able to provide each one of my students the opportunity to get a personal, eagle-eye view of these instruments, without it costing an arm and a leg.

My elementary school students deserve the best experience in music class that I can provide, and these instruments would be a huge asset!

Please aid in the opportunity to put instrument learning in the palms of these students hands!
