My Project

I am ECSTATIC to bring yoga to my students in a new and fun way! I want students to regularly practice and participate in yoga and calming exercises to help their self-regulation.

Together, we will be creating an entire yoga zone in my room that students can use to relax and use their coping skills to regulate their emotions!

It will be a space where they can use the hatch directly to help direct their yoga session while also utilizing their own individual mats to create a calming and peaceful atmosphere.
