I need training to help my middle school students bring awareness to their own inner strengths by exploring the power of mindfulness, body awareness, and breathwork to regulate emotions.

My Project

The training I am requesting has been a dream of mine for many years. I am driven to help students understand that they are not powerless during these teenage years, in fact they can learn to control their emotions and stress levels through yoga and breathwork to better self-regulate. In the education field we have seen the rise in mental health issues, student loneliness and increased social media use. Therefore, it is more important than ever to teach teens healthy outlets and coping skills they can use for a lifetime. Yoga naturally incorporates mindfulness, breath work and brings in a mind body connection.

The great thing about this training is it is designed for teachers who enjoy their own yoga practice but need help to reach teenagers in a profound way that is both meaningful and fun.

Teenagers can be a tough audience, this is why expert tools and training are so necessary to be successful.
