Yoga For At-Risk Teens!

Help me give my students yoga! I'd like to regularly offer yoga classes to at-risk teens at my school, kids who probably don't have access to yoga any other way.

My Project

We all know that the level of students facing anxiety and depression are on the rise. Yoga is a proven self-care tool for managing both. Sadly, many teens don't have access to yoga, especially a yoga class designed specifically for them.

I am an English teacher and certified yoga instructor who would like to bring free yoga students to at-risk students at my school.

I will design classes for them and be responsive to their feedback and needs. I will coordinate a time and a space for the yoga to happen. All I need are some supplies that can be used again and again for many years.
