My Students

I teach a dynamic, ethnically diverse group of transitional kindergarteners. Our school is blessed to have kids come to us from all over the world!

Even during remote instruction my kids supported one another’s learning, shared their cultures, and developed strong friendships!

My Project

My TK students missed out on developing essential social skills due to Covid. Now that they are safely returning to the classroom (yea!) I need to provide them with hands on learning experiences that allow them to work together. The materials I have requested will allow them to problem solve and support each other’s learning.

In thirty years of teaching, I have learned that kids’ greatest academic and social growth takes place when they work on hands on experiences with their peers.

I need these materials to support this learning.
