My Project

Our school has an after-school program. Our program strives to offer different experiences for students to explore interest. While our city is struggling with youth being involved in violent acts, this program gives students a safe place after-school to find activities to be involved in.

Our program would like to start a yearbook club and have a student produced yearbook.

The students would take the pictures, come up with the layout, and script that goes into the yearbook.

This would teach the students skills they could use for presentations in class, organizational skills for daily benefits, and collaboration skills. It would also teach them how to use a camera, framing, digital editing, and layout design skills.

Please help us provide our students with a camera to start working on a student produced yearbook.
