My Project

This year, a majority of my students celebrate the Lunar New Year. I would like to have materials to use in the classroom that could contribute to a school celebration with families. It is important to be inclusive and teach into the many holidays that are celebrated around the world and among my students. These materials will help us create decoration together and learn about the significance of the Lunar New Year, especially to students who don't celebrate and are not aware of this holiday. My pre-k students LOVE to learn and are especially excited to complete art projects!
