My Students
Our students are a very diverse group of students with all different kinds of talents, backgrounds, and interests. We have many students from other countries that speak more than one language or that speak little to no English.
We have gifted students, students with learning disabilities, and students on the autism spectrum.
Each one is so special in his/her own way. Our students are each individuals and very unique puzzle pieces that come together to make the most interesting picture.
My Project
We recently had a novel study funded and I would like to provide supplemental materials that will go along with the novel study. Often times a good book can peak a student's interest in a topic. I would like to have resources for the students to use to learn more about World War II- its events, people, etc.
These books will provide extra information on many areas related to World War II.
Integrating the reading and history is a great way to expand the students learning in an engaging way.
