Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Over the last few years these children have not been able to experience things like the library, science centers, mall crafts, city events, and most importantly preschool. Parents have been working from home and unable to use outside daycare so these students spent a lot of time on screens and needing to play quietly in the background. This has lead to little exposure of using writing and coloring books.

These children are bursting with curiosity ready to explore the world of writing.

These tools will allow students to explore making letters with many different mediums an will soon bridge into wonderful story telling. We have a classroom mostly full of wobble seats but need a few more to use when writing now that class sizes are increasing again.
