Writing Through the Seasons - Writing Portfolios

Help me give my students the writing tools for great writing portfolios that will be displayed in these 3-pronged folders, with each page inserted into a clear case that showcases their writing for every month of the year!

My Project

As a 3rd Grade teacher, I love sharing in the joy of reading and writing with my students! We will use the 3-pronged folders and clear inserts to display each piece of writing throughout the school year. Students will collect one piece of writing from each month, to be added to their writing portfolio.

In 3rd Grade, my students are brimming with excitement at becoming the best readers, writers, and researchers!

I am so excited to be a part of their growth as young authors.

The writing portfolios will be a sampling of all genres of writing, for example; personal narrative, informative, poetry, and letter writing. We are ready to write!
