This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are driven by engagement! They usually use whiteboards to practice their spelling and math but that has been taking up a lot of their reading time getting materials prepared.
These writing scribble pads are the new way to engage kids in writing, practicing their spelling words, writing kind notes to each other, and completing math problems.
Each student will be able to get their own tablet for the classroom and will be writing spelling words as well as sentences on them! To clear the board, they just press a button, and the board is cleared! They CVC cards I also added are a way for them to use the tablets independently! I am so excited to introduce these new tablets to the kids.
