My Students

My students are from the Southwest Side of Chicago and are part of a Special Education Low Incidence Cluster program. They need access to materials that will help them complete their assignments and stay healthy! These materials will help them build their independence and increase their self confidence.

My Project

These materials will provide my students with the ability to communicate with each other during remote learning. Students will use the journals to record what is happening around them.

We all want to feel a connection to someone even when we have to be far apart!

These materials will help the students communicate via screen. The dry erase boards and markers will be used to write answers to problems and show them to the teacher and class.

The Kleenex will be needed throughout remote learning, because as any teacher knows, there is never enough tissue in the room!
