My Students

My 1st graders are in love with writing. We enjoy our daily writing practice. Our hope is to be outstanding writers by the end of First Grade. We wish to go to second grade with a great start to writing. I believe the more practice the kids will get in writing, the better writers they will be.

My students are amazing and caring kids.

They enjoy helping and pleasing others. At this moment, their writing needs improvement. We are struggling with the proper fundamentals in writing. We are in need of practice. We are currently going through a lot of paper practicing.

My Project

We are beginning centers in our classroom. This will be the start of our writing center. I am requesting a variety of writing boards and journals for my students to practice their writing daily. My students enjoy writing. They have learned and grown so much in the month we have been in school. We are so excited to get enough supplies to begin with our centers.

Writing is an important part of lower elementary.

I want to build great fundamentals at the start of their schooling. I want my students to know the correct way to write and be confident writers.
